Since they are made of rubber, the length can be adjusted with a cutter.

Generally fits most professional scissors.
Can also be used as a substitute for screw hit rubbers.

[Replacement Method]
Insert lightly and pull from the inside with needle-nose pliers for a clean fit. Be careful not to pull too hard, as this may cause it to break. If it is difficult to insert, lubricate with oil or similar.
If the height is not correct, you can adjust it by cutting the tip with a cutter.
