Pique Anti-Fray Sealant can be used for finishing the edges of fabrics that tend to fray.
It can be used on various types of fibers. Wool and synthetic fibers are also okay!

■ Main Uses
?Prevents fraying of cut fabric edges, buttonholes, and other easily fraying fabric edges.
?Prevents unraveling at the start and end of machine stitching and buttonholes.

?Finishing edges for embroidery.
?Reinforces worn areas of clothing and fabric shoes.
?Prevents knots of ribbons, lace, tape, etc., from unraveling and finishes cut edges.

■ How to Use *Place paper underneath the fabric when working.
＜For preventing fraying of cut edges＞
Apply a width of about 3mm from the cut edge.
*To avoid spilling over the seam allowance, apply while adjusting the amount of liquid with a toothpick.
*When using on thin fabrics or in narrow areas, place kitchen paper underneath to absorb excess liquid, which will prevent it from spreading and allow for clean application.

＜For preventing thread slippage＞
Apply a small amount to the end of the stitching thread with a toothpick.

＜For reinforcing button thread＞
Apply a small amount with a toothpick to the thread around the button shank and the thread on the surface.

Precautions for Use
?If the liquid in the container becomes cloudy or lumpy during storage, applying it as is may result in a noticeable white residue after drying. Warm the container in about 60°C hot water while shaking well until the liquid is smooth and fluid before use.

?Remove any lumps clogging the nozzle outlet before use.

?May be noticeable after drying on water-repellent fabrics, silk fabrics, thin fabrics, and other materials. Test on a scrap piece of fabric beforehand.

?Store out of reach of children.

?Contains organic solvents, so use in a well-ventilated area.

?Flammable.
