Snail Trap - Handmade Attractant - Capture & Kill - 3 Pack - No Escapes - Rain/Sprinkler OK
This is a handmade slug attractant, insecticide, and trap that we arrived at after years of our strawberries and seedlings being nibbled. We are confident you will be satisfied. (See photos 2 & 3)
This trap allows you to set up the case and catch slugs regardless of weather, watering, or time of day, attracting and killing them inside without escape. It is safe as it does not directly touch plants, preventing pesticide runoff.
Even if you scatter slug killer granules, rain will wash away their attractant effect. However, this case protects the granules from water, extending their effectiveness. For slugs that are only partially killed, please remove them with tweezers and place them in another container, such as a plastic bottle, to prevent escape. I personally put them in a used paint can to mummify them.
Commercially available granules are fine to use.
How to Use:
1. Place a small amount of granules inside the case.
2. Set it up in areas where you don't want your seedlings or strawberries to be nibbled.
3. Periodically check inside the transparent case.
4. If slugs are present, remove them with tweezers.
5. Return to step 2.
