*********************************************************

? This is a retro battledore featuring a Kabuki painting depicting the Me-gumi town firefighters who were active during the Edo period.
? The size is 80 cm in height x 40 cm (maximum) in width x 6.3 cm in width at the handle. The material is very light, like foam, not wood, weighing only 230g.
? It is not painted directly on the board, but rather a paper-like material with a painting on it is attached. The vibrant colors such as red, blue, and green, and the fierce expression of the town firefighters with their dramatic makeup create a very stylish design.
? This item has been stored at home for several decades. We apologize for not knowing details such as where it was made >>>. Also, although it is difficult to see in the photos, please understand that there are several places where the colors have bled due to water droplets, as shown in the 8th photo.
? This is a Japanese-style interior decoration, a battledore for New Year's good luck, imbued with the meaning of fire prevention and caution. ☆彡
