Hagoita Decorative Board - Brand New, Unused, Showa Retro

This is an Oshie Hagoita (a decorative battledore with pressed cloth pictures) made around the Showa 50s (mid-1970s).
It is an old item, but it is a new, unused item that has been stored in its box. The box and the cellophane wrapping were damaged, so they have been discarded.

I have other New Year's decorations, but I felt it would be a shame for this one to go unused, so I decided to list it in the hope that someone who can use it will purchase it.

The elegant and beautiful facial features, as well as the kimono and hair ornaments, remain as vibrant as if they were not from a bygone era. You can feel the meticulous craftsmanship and dedication that went into making old items. I believe it will add a touch of splendor as a New Year's good luck charm.

Although it is a new and unused item, it has been stored at home for a long time. Please confirm the condition and purchase only if you are satisfied.

There was hardened glue on the bottom right of the handle.
There were fine scratches on the upper part of the back.

We do not have the original dedicated box for shipping, but we will pack it as carefully as possible.
