RE-7768 See-Through Pot Lid L

RE-7768 See-Through Cooking Lid L

Compatible with pots 24cm or larger in diameter.

Cook delicious meals with a drop lid! Using a drop lid slows down evaporation, preventing sudden boiling down and scorching of ingredients.
Achieve even flavor in dishes like simmered fish, Chikuzen-ni, and Nikujaga.
Features a textured surface to effectively remove scum.

The drop lid has appropriate gaps, allowing the gamey smell of meat and fish to escape. The textured surface helps to remove scum, which is a cause of odor.
This drop lid is heat-resistant up to 180℃. It comes with a hook for easy handling when placing or removing from the pot. (When handling a hot drop lid, please use cooking chopsticks or similar utensils.)
The transparent material allows you to check the condition of the ingredients while cooking. It also prevents ingredients from breaking apart.
