I made this for my own dog and use it, and after trying various types, I think this is the best!

I believe 20g-30g ice packs are good so as not to burden the neck of small dogs.
I take spare ice packs in a mini cooler bag when I go out, and it's very easy to change them with the simple attachment and detachment!
Please give it a try.

The velcro is sewn on, so you can remove it by cutting the thread. If the size is slightly off, you might consider adding snap buttons or similar at a position that fits your dog.

This is made with an inexpensive home sewing machine, so it is not perfect like a commercially produced product.
