Purchased at H.P.DECO about 7-8 years ago. Features meticulously drawn motifs of butterflies, grasshoppers, flowers, and a woman.
Pieces from this era are known for their more detailed painting and rare patterns.
I bought it with the intention of using it, but I cherished it too much and kept it carefully wrapped and stored. I would be happy to pass it on to someone who has been searching for it.
It's difficult to convey in photos, but the skin tone is a healthy complexion with a hint of pink mixed in.
There is a slightly whitish spot on the upper left of the woman's finger, which was present from the beginning. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such details.
It would be very stylish and lovely displayed as is, or used to hold earrings or small accessories. Recommended for those who like John Derian, Astier de Villatte, and similar items.
