Description
This is a beautiful trinket box featuring the traditional Russian folk art of Zhostovo painting, originating from the Moscow region around the 1980s.
It is made of metal.
Using a traditional technique that dates back to the 19th century, vibrant and elegant flowers are hand-painted onto a jet-black background on the metal container, exuding a sense of Russian style, splendor, and grace.
The delicate gradation applied to each petal changes its appearance depending on the light, captivating the viewer.
It's perfect for storing jewelry, tea bags, or other small treasures, and simply displaying it as an interior decoration will add a touch of European vintage charm to your room.
Recommended for those who love Russian folk art such as Matryoshka dolls and Khokhloma painting, as well as lovers of antique雑貨.
