Early Showa period, small dog box, Hina doll display, papier-maché, Doll, lucky charm, palace toy, folk toy, craft
A pair of antique dog boxes.
These are miniature size, approximately 4.5 cm in length and 3.5 cm in height. Auspicious motifs of pine, bamboo, and plum blossoms are depicted in a detailed brushstroke design. The overall construction is thin, resulting in cracks, dents, and paint peeling, so the condition is not very good.
We are also listing various other folk crafts.
We offer discounts for combined purchases.
