Received as part of a Marumiya campaign, but I am listing it as I will not be using it.
This is a pure iron wok set.
Set includes:
28 cm diameter wok (Peking pan)
24 cm diameter oil strainer
Otama (ladle) and stand
The base is 1.2 mm thick.
This is a brand new, unused item. It has been stored in a dark place in its box without being removed from the bag.
- Made of pure iron (black steel plate) suitable for high-heat cooking.
- The more you use it, the better it will season with oil.
- No initial burn-in (karayaki) is required.
