Description
This is a handmade (hammered) aluminum yukihira pan made by Hime-no for Kamaasa Shoten.
It's a lightweight and very easy-to-use size, perfect for miso soup or boiling vegetables.
This is a custom-made item.
The only modification made was to the spout.
Because it was easy to spill when pouring hot water from the spout, we had it re-hammered to be thinner to prevent spills, and also had spouts made on both the right and left sides so it can be used with either hand.
