INAX Spray Shower Straight Shower Head Only

I replaced my shower head with a water-saving type when I changed the hose. I've been using it for several years, and I believe it's still clean and can be used comfortably. There are minor scratches and small dents, but they do not affect its use. It has a high design quality, so why not replace your current shower head, which might be too simple, at an affordable price?
I believe it can be replaced with a general-purpose shower hose sold at home centers and the like without needing a joint plug.
