● Equipped with an adjustment dial that allows you to select two pressure levels according to the cooking. For ingredients that easily fall apart when cooked, such as fish and vegetables, cook at a low pressure of 60kPa at temperatures below 115°C. For ingredients that are difficult to cook through to the core, such as large pieces of meat, adjust to high pressure of 100kPa at temperatures between 115°C and 121°C.
