It seems to be very cute and popular.
Kawazu-Kinomya Shrine (Suzahokowake-no-Mikoto Shrine), located in Kawazu Town, Kamo District, which is known nationwide for its Kawazu cherry blossoms, is a shrine with a long history, mentioned in Heian period writings. The camphor tree within the shrine grounds, designated a National Natural Monument, is said to be over a thousand years old and has been revered as a sacred tree since ancient times, making it Kawazu Town's premier power spot.
Furthermore, the main deity, Sugisuiwake-no-Mikoto, is known as the god of martial prowess, health and longevity, afforestation, navigation, and abstinence from alcohol. Therefore, this amulet, shaped like a sake bottle, is for those who drink alcohol, praying for protection against alcohol-related misfortunes and safe return home.
