Price Drop! Nikon F3 Eye-Level Early Model with Benz Leather [Reason for Discount] + MD-4 [Bonus]

This is an early model Nikon F3 with an eye-level prism. The serial number is in the 1.21 million range. This is a very early and rare model, featuring all the characteristics unique to the earliest models, such as the leather grip made of the same material as Mercedes-Benz steering wheels (photo 7), the orange B (Bulb) on the shutter dial (photo 8), and the absence of a rod stamp inside the baseplate when removed (photo 9).

However, there are three reasons why it is being sold as 訳アリ (with caveats):
1. There are two spots of silvering deterioration due to age on the prism (photo 14).
2. The LCD in the viewfinder has become slightly faint (photo 15).
3. The cover for the motor drive contacts is missing (photo 11).

While I haven't tested its precise accuracy, the shutter speeds do change at all settings. Considering it will soon be 46 years old since its manufacture, I believe it is in good condition. I have cherished it as part of my collection, but due to decluttering, I am offering it to someone who understands and accepts the caveats.
As a bonus, I will include the Motor Drive MD-4. This has also been confirmed to be working.
