This is a hydraulic seat pedestal and casting seat that was used on a bass boat.

They have been stored away for a long time, so while there is some stickiness due to the nature of the seat material, small holes, and slight rust on the pedestal, they are still usable. The hydraulic height adjustment also works without any issues.
