Remove the metal holder/spring and catalyst with radio pliers, tweezers, etc.
and replace them.

[Ignition]
You do not need to heat the catalyst directly.
Heating the base of the metal wick holder will cause it to react.

Direct flame on the catalyst shortens its lifespan,
so it is not recommended.

⚠ Poor ignition or insufficient heating
If the warmer body or fuel is cold,
the fuel will not vaporize easily,
making ignition difficult / temperature difficult to rise.

This can be resolved by warming the warmer body with body heat,
or by adding fuel early to prevent it from cooling.

⚠ Replacements, returns, and repairs due to handling errors or damage
are not supported.
