The Yamaha Thomson Chair
(piano bench with backrest) is the standard piano bench most commonly used in piano lessons, schools, and recitals.
Its greatest feature is the ability to instantly and finely adjust the height with a lever on the back.

Quick Height Adjustment: The seat height can be changed in seconds simply by moving the lever behind the backrest up or down.
High Stability: The backrest shifts the chair's center of gravity backward, making it difficult for the chair to lift off the ground even when leaning forward during performance.
