This is a super-telephoto zoom lens with approximately 5.5x zoom, covering a focal length range up to 300mm. By employing a High Refractive Index (HRI) lens, it achieves a compact and lightweight design along with high-contrast, sharp rendering across the entire image from the widest aperture. It also features a VR mechanism (3.0 stops of image stabilization* CIPA standard compliant) that provides a high blur reduction effect, allowing you to easily enjoy super-telephoto photography.
There are very small specks of dust inside the front lens element, but they are not visible in photos and do not affect image quality.
