Hiroshima Toyo Carp Novelty? Wooden Mini Bat - Yutaka Ohno Autograph

Found in my parents' warehouse.
It was stored in a long, damaged box and has accumulated tarnish and dirt.

This is a small wooden bat, 46cm in length and 3cm in diameter.

I have no knowledge of sports in general, nor any expertise in baseball, so I cannot provide a detailed explanation.

There is a player's signature in neat handwriting, possibly a novelty item.

It has been identified.
The signature is said to be that of Yutaka Ohno.
