The development concept for the 85MLM was to maximize operability by leveraging the minimal air resistance of its internal line structure to fully utilize the repulsion of the tip and butt. By making the tip an ML class, the rod bends even under light loads, increasing initial speed, while the M class butt supports the rod's bend, creating a sensation of actively manipulating the egi. In addition to the high responsiveness unique to the AIR series, the feeling of being able to perform technical jerks with your hands and add variety to the egi's action creates a user experience akin to a variable suspension. This is an all-around item that supports a wide range of egi sizes, while also enabling strategic gameplay.
