Description
Frequent misses, fouls straight behind, and poor contact...
Are players like this trying to hit the ball and bat as two separate points?
By swinging with the palm of your catcher-side hand (top hand) facing upwards (palm up) when bringing the bat towards the point of contact with the ball, you can hit the ball as a line, not as two separate points.
■ Attaches to your own bat
■ Train while focusing on the use of each hand: the catcher-side hand (top hand) and the pitcher-side hand (bottom hand)
■ Acquire proper handling by practicing swings and toss batting with the top hand grip attached.
