Batting
(1) Swing with your pivot foot on the stand
By tilting on your pivot foot, weight transfer occurs semi-automatically, making it easier to develop a sense of center of gravity movement.
It also helps you develop the feeling of loading your pivot foot, which is effective for learning swings that utilize the lower body, where humans generate the most power.

Furthermore, the stepping foot (front foot) is subjected to more load than on flat ground, so by bracing firmly, you can suppress opening up your body and utilize the ground reaction force, leading to the acquisition of sharp swings.

(2) Swing with your stepping foot on the stand
This helps suppress forward body drift and early opening.
By creating a wall, you can physically learn to hit the ball at the point where you generate the most power, enabling you to hit strong shots.

Pitching
(1) Pitching with your stepping foot on the stand
When pitching, firmly grip and push off the ground with your stepping foot to gain ground reaction force.
By tilting your front foot using the swing stand, it becomes easier to get the feeling of pushing off the ground with your stepping foot.
Mastering this action can improve your throwing form, stabilize your posture, and enhance your control.
It can also lead to improvements in ball power and speed by utilizing ground reaction force.
