This is MegaHouse's Gokumen-zukuri manual noodle maker. It received the Excellence Award in the Communication Toy Division at the Japan Toy Awards 2015.

This cooking toy allows you to easily make authentic noodles (honkaku-men) using ingredients you can buy at the supermarket.
You can stretch the dough using the main unit, and the dough thickness can be adjusted in 3 stages (dankai chousetsu kanou).
Furthermore, by selecting the thick noodle (futomen) or thin noodle (hosomen) cutter and inserting it into the main unit, you can create noodles in 6 different sizes.
Boil for about 3 minutes and it's ready.
It also comes with authentic soup recipes, so you can make completely handmade ramen.
