Auris Xylophone (Wooden Xylophone) Diatonic 8-Note

This is the diatonic (Do-Re-Mi-Fa-So-La-Si) version, as opposed to the pentatonic (Re-Mi-So-La-Si-Re-Mi) scale.

The soundboard, made of acacia wood, produces a dry yet rich resonance.

While it is a diatonic scale (Do-Re-Mi-Fa-So-La-Si), the Do and Fa notes can be removed to create a pentatonic scale.

Includes two hard rubber mallets.

Purchased around 2022. It was opened and struck once, then stored unused.
