Xylophone - Special price for purchases and pick-ups by 9/30

I purchased this used previously, but I've only used it once since then. I've decided to part with it as I'm reorganizing my equipment.
This item is in very poor condition. It's essentially being sold as junk. I only have photos from when I originally purchased it, and my memory is limited, but please read the following details carefully and only purchase if you understand and agree.
Furthermore, this is limited to buyers who can pick it up from my home in Tokyo.
It has already been disassembled, and preparations for removal are complete.
Regarding the pickup date, I'd like to discuss and decide it after your purchase, considering my work schedule.

Scratches, sticker marks, etc. on the main body and keys.
The spring for the damper pedal is stiff. While the pedal can be pressed, the mute does not completely disengage from the keys, resulting in poor sustain.
The screws connecting the support posts for the keys to the legs of the main body are damaged, making it unstable.
The resonator tubes also have rust and dents.
