This was originally used as a file server, but I tried installing Windows 11 as a test and found that it works comfortably as a regular desktop PC.
I was able to install Windows 11 without any issues, but please note that this CPU is not officially listed as supporting TPM 2.0.
Server boot times are normally slow due to system checks during initial startup, but this machine booted up and became ready for input in just 27 seconds from power-on, as shown in the photos.
After booting, it runs smoothly, as expected from a Xeon processor.
The internal components have not been modified, so it can function as a server if you reinstall the OS. What is included is the main unit shown in the photos and the power cord.
