[About the product]
Cancellations and returns are not possible after purchase to prevent fraud.
Squishy bags are prone to tearing in low temperatures. We confirm the bags are not torn before shipping, but they may tear during transit or upon arrival.
As these are handmade imported products, there is a possibility of air bubbles, black spots, or dust being present. There are also individual differences between products. Please only consider purchasing if you understand that these are handmade items.
The item will be compressed to fit within the size limits for Yu-Packet Post or Mini and shipped.
Please be aware that the bag may crease or the squishy may tear during compression for shipping. Thank you for your understanding before purchasing.
The item may be slightly compressed during delivery, but it will return to its original shape by gently adjusting the bag with your hands after opening, so please do not worry.
We adjust prices at our own discretion, so we cannot respond to individual discount requests.
Thank you for your understanding and purchase.
