This is an Omamori-kun reel stand.
It is designed to prevent scratches on the reel body when placing a reel attached to a rod on the ground.
As it has been used, there are noticeable scratches on the tip.
It can be attached to Shimano reels from around 2006-2012 (I had it attached to a 12 Ultegra) and Daiwa reels with the same screw hole as the 07 Luvias.
It is unknown if it can be attached to the latest Shimano or Daiwa reels.
As it is short, it is likely suitable for small reels such as 1000 or 2000 sizes.
