SONY MDR-Z7M2 ★Upgraded to Z1R Ear Pads★ Beautiful Condition

This is a SONY MDR-Z7m2 upgraded with genuine ear pads from the Z1R model.

Purchased in 2022, it has undergone sufficient aging and playback, so you can enjoy the product's original sound immediately.

In November 2025, genuine sheepskin ear pads for SONY's top-of-the-line MDR-Z1R model were ordered and installed as an upgrade.
The usage time after replacement is approximately 10 hours.
The comfort is clearly superior to the genuine protein leather ones for the Z7, and it also has the luxurious feel unique to sheepskin.
The outer diameter is slightly larger than the Z7 pads (please check the photos).
These ear pads are genuine SONY replacement parts, costing approximately 20,000 yen for the pair.

There are no noticeable scratches or dirt. The headband shows some wrinkles, but the cushioning is unaffected.

The original outer box and accessories are included.

The 4.4mm balanced connection cable was used for a short time. We recommend aging it before use for more stable sound quality.

I am selling this as I have more opportunities to use other headphones.
