This is a long bag for a Tsugaru shamisen.
The fabric is a charming Tsumugi silk with a cute pattern, featuring Western-style houses with triangular roofs. It is clean with no stains. The pattern is a dark navy woven design. As it is made of raw silk Tsumugi, there is some slight fuzziness.
The lining is made of a plain kimono fabric in a muted yellow. It is a crepe fabric with a high texture (shibo). The fabric is unused.
Both the outer and inner fabrics are pure silk.
