Mr. Ko*n [Extremely Rare High-Grade Material (Far Rarer Than Tortoiseshell)] Shamisen Bachi (Plectrum) for Tsugaru Shamisen and Nagauta

US Size:

If you look at the grain of the bachi in the photos, I believe you will understand the rarity of the material of this item.
There are far too many fakes on flea markets and elsewhere, even for someone with a little knowledge like myself to recognize, so I want to caution everyone and make sure you are aware of this. For that reason, I have taken photos of the material's appearance so that you can get an impression of a high-quality item.

The case alone is worth tens of thousands of yen, and regarding the bachi itself, I was told that even at the time of purchase, the price was higher than a current office worker's salary. Considering that, I have often wondered what its current value would be.

Furthermore, even with my experience, items with beautiful grain and little yellowing are rare, which suggests a high density.
When I received it, the tip of the bachi had been sharpened, and the craftsman commented, The unique aroma that comes out when heat is applied with this sharpening is the scent of the real thing. Please cherish it.

Even to a craftsman, or someone with expertise, it is clearly distinct from mere plastic items, even to an amateur's eye.

As this is a rare item, it would be a shame for it to remain unused and become mere fattening of the storehouse in my mother's storehouse. Therefore, I would like someone who understands its rarity to use it.
