Purchased at outlet in February 2013. I haven't used it much, but the synthetic leather on the arch part that touches the top of the head is deteriorating. I contacted BOSE, and they said it cannot be replaced. I think the ear pads are still usable, but it would be good to replace them eventually. Please check the stock and price of the ear pads. I believe the other parts are clean. As I am a long-distance driver, if you purchase this item, I will ship it within 10 days at the latest. Thank you.
