【O-2252】Shime-daiko Japanese Drum Traditional Japanese Instrument Drum Japanese Culture Traditional Performing Arts

This is a締太鼓 (shime-daiko drum).
It was an unwanted item found while cleaning out a friend's house.

There is no specific maker's mark.
As this is a used item, there are scratches and dirt on the drumhead, and peeling on the exterior.
The drumhead itself does not appear to be torn, so it will produce sound when struck.

Size: Approximately 35cm in diameter (inner diameter 25.5cm) x 16.5cm in thickness.

As it is stored away from my home, I may not be able to answer your questions immediately depending on their content.

*This is a as-is item, so please examine the images carefully before considering your purchase.
