Both dolls were won in the first release lottery. However, both had initial defects with the eye change mechanism. (Although I originally only planned to open one for myself, both had their eyes shifted so far down that they were visible through the box. Upon opening and testing, I found the eye change was not functioning.) I contacted customer support and had them repaired, so they were only opened once at that time. (As shown in the images, the blister packaging attached to the eyes is still in the same condition as when customer support repaired and shipped them back.)

Furthermore, when sending the dolls to customer support, the clothes were removed once. After receiving them back, I redressed them myself.
The hair was styled by customer support, not by me.
Please understand that as this is amateur packaging, the fixation of the feet, neck, etc., may not be perfect.
Regarding the box, when it was opened, some adhesive residue remained on the back. Therefore, I have attached a piece of cardboard to the back of the box with tape to prevent it from sticking to the outer box.

For these reasons, the product condition is listed as unused.
All other accessories have not been opened at all.
Also, please rest assured that the original Pink Princess card from the time of purchase is included.
