Wooden Music Stand, Japanese Instrument Music Stand, Seated Music Stand (U-shaped, Burnt Finish)

Music stand for seated playing of Japanese instruments such as Koto and Shamisen.

It has been used daily for practice, so there is overall damage, and the tips of the legs are chipped. There are no issues with use, but as shown in the photos, there are also signs of repair with adhesive on the legs.
The music stand and legs are designed to slot together. You may feel some wobbling when lifting or placing it, but it was not particularly inconvenient during use. If you are concerned, you might consider gluing it or inserting a small piece of paper.

Please consider this item with an understanding and acceptance of its used condition.

The part where the music is placed is likely paulownia wood.
Wooden music stands have a pleasant feel and, more importantly, enhance the mood for practice.

You could also remake it into a unique, one-of-a-kind item.
