This is the Rode VIDEOMIC ME, an Australian-made compact directional microphone that can be used with mobile devices like smartphones, mirrorless cameras, etc. Please note that it uses a 3.5mm terminal.

The body is made of metal and is solidly constructed. It has an earphone jack on the back, allowing you to monitor while recording. A plastic protective cover for mounting is included.
