❇There has been an increase in changes to orders after they have been confirmed.
As the number of requests increases and it becomes difficult to keep track of everything, please contact us before purchasing the dedicated page if you have specific detailed requests.
▶️Once an order is placed, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or remakes due to customer convenience.
▶️Please refrain from returns or low ratings due to the color or shape not matching your image, or the wig becoming disheveled upon arrival.
▶️If we do not receive a response within 2 days during the confirmation of the styled wig, we will ship it as is.
▶️We will create a dedicated page for confirmation one week to the day of the estimated shipping date. We will ship once confirmation is received. Please refrain from contacting us to rush the order due to other delivery schedules. If you are in a hurry, please set an earlier delivery date.

⚠️The delivery time calculation begins from the payment of the wig cost. Delays in payment will affect the delivery time, so please inform us before starting the transaction if your convenience store payment is delayed.
