[Product Features]
These are forged pegs made by heating round steel material to about 1100°C until red hot, then powerfully pressing it with approximately 1 ton of force to instantly crush the cross-section into an oval shape. By applying strong pressure to the heated steel, pegs with excellent strength are created. Standard round pegs tend to spin in the ground, making them difficult to use, but oval pegs penetrate well even in hard ground mixed with gravel and stones, and fix firmly without spinning in the ground. The rope attachment area is designed with thicker material to withstand strong forces. The area where the rope touches has been trimmed to prevent the rope from being cut by burrs, with meticulous attention to detail. Features cation electrodeposition coating with excellent rust resistance, capable of withstanding over 1,000 hours of salt spray testing. A user-friendly total length of 280mm.
