With the recent popularity of wing foiling, you can practice sail usage, foot placement, etc., in parking lots without getting wet. Of course, you can also practice windsurfing!
It's an old item, but I think the board/deck/wooden part is in good condition.
The bushings were replaced last year, so they should be fine.
The tires are flat. I think they can be fixed by taking it to a bike shop. If you're knowledgeable about bicycles, you can probably fix it yourself easily.
I forget the name back then, was it Wind Wheeler? Or Marine Wheeler?
For shops, how about using it for schools, store decorations, or winter practice?
