Frogg Toggs Pilot II Cold Weather Waterproof Breathable Rain Jacket
Imported directly from the USA.
I believe it cost around 40,000 yen when purchased.

Waterproof Guide Rain Jacket
Used about 5 times over a period of about one and a half years.
I used it carefully, so I maintained it appropriately after each wear. Overall, it shows minimal signs of use and is clean.
There may be some minor stains in places.
Zipper has scratches (due to rubbing against the boat edge).
The seam tape on the inside appears to be in good condition with no deterioration.
The fabric is quite thick and sturdy, similar to high-end outdoor and fishing gear manufacturers, providing excellent cold protection. Even in mid-winter, with a winter inner layer, the outer shell completely blocks cold air and wind, making it very useful.
As it is a rain jacket, it can be worn without issue on days with heavy rain. The waterproof and breathable level is comparable to high-end models from outdoor and fishing gear manufacturers.
The hood can be detached with a zipper.
The front of the hood is not attached to the jacket, so it's comfortable to wear without the neck area getting stuffy. It can also be tightened under the chin with Velcro.
The hood is deep and can easily be worn over a large hat. It can also be cinched with the drawcord.
There are 4 zippered waterproof pockets on the front and 1 pocket on the inside left chest.
The waist area also has a drawcord. The cuffs are double-layered, with a neoprene-like inner layer (which can be tightened with Velcro) that can be further secured with an outer Velcro strap. This prevents wind and water from entering.
The size is USA S, but it runs large for US sizing. It feels like a M to L size.
I am about 170cm tall and could wear it with just an undershirt and a hoodie underneath without it feeling tight, with some room to spare.
It seems suitable for people from around 170cm up to about 180cm.
Laid flat:
Length: 72cm (front), 80cm (back)
Width: 57cm
After wearing, I wiped off any dirt, dried it, and then stored it. If dirt appears upon arrival, please wash it before wearing.
frogg toggs are not widely available in Japan, with only poncho-type raincoats typically sold. You'll likely be one of the few wearing this brand, so it's perfect for those who don't want to wear the same thing as everyone else or who like American brands. Please consider it.
