This is an authentic cast member name tag that was actually used at overseas Disney Parks (primarily Disneyland in Anaheim, California) from the late 1970s to the 1980s.
This is an extremely rare design featuring Mickey Mouse in the Ta-dum! pose, welcoming guests with his arms spread wide.
