This is the RAD-S512N 12-band radio from AudioComm, a brand of Ohm Electric.
It is a world receiver specification that can receive FM/AM as well as 10 shortwave (SW) bands.

• Condition: Operation confirmed: AM/FM reception and sound output from the speaker have been confirmed using batteries.
• Exterior: There are minor scuffs due to use, but no noticeable major scratches or damage, and it is in relatively good condition for a 2013 model.
