[Manufacturing Process]
① Flux Application
We apply specialized flux before soldering. This enhances solder joint strength and prevents corrosion and poor contact. Unless otherwise specified, we use KESTER44 solder.

② Flux Cleaning
After soldering, any remaining flux can cause noise or defects, so we clean it with a specialized cleaning solution.

③ Heat Shrink Tubing Installation
To prevent corrosion and insulation failure, we protect the connection with heat shrink tubing.

④ Copper Foil Installation
We install copper foil for its noise reduction effects.

⑤ Connector Cleaning
After cable assembly, we clean the plugs and jacks with a specialized cleaning solution before shipping. This cleaning process prevents noise and poor contact.
