Description
This product is a set of 2 Hera-uki (fishing floats) as shown in the first photo.
As these are handmade items, there may be minor scratches, dirt, or uneven coloring.
Please check the product photos for details.

Body: Kaya (reed)
Top: PC (polycarbonate)
Leg: Carbon

Designed for suspend fishing in dams and natural ponds, these floats allow bait to appeal to fish to the maximum extent without excessively increasing the sinker load.
The PC top is also attached, allowing even light, air-filled bait to slowly settle to the tip of the float.
Using a PC top allows for a longer float tip,
and the float is finished to take full advantage of this length by creating a bite during the settling process.
By suppressing buoyancy at the point of full settling,
we have created a float that allows for a clear indication of a bite after the float has fully settled.
This design allows for slower settling, a longer stroke, and a more pronounced indication of a bite when fully settled.
I personally enjoy using these floats for Guru-chuu (a type of fishing).
