Leash cords can break easily due to storage conditions and usage, regardless of their appearance or how new they seem. Therefore, we conduct a tensile strength test before listing and before packing for shipment. However, there are rare cases where the cord may break inside the box due to temperature differences during transport. If it breaks on the day of arrival or the following day, we will accept returns.
The year of purchase and usage period are unknown for all items. While we are unsure of the management conditions during use, we have washed them with fresh water and stored them hanging in a cool, dark place. However, we have not been able to completely remove all metal rust on the swivel parts or sand, hair, and extremely fine debris that may have gotten into the Velcro. Also, please judge the condition of the Velcro from the photos before purchasing. All used outdoor sports equipment, other than new items, are listed as Slightly scratched or dirty regardless of their condition. If you are concerned or do not understand this, please purchase a new item.
