This is the once-popular PCM synth, Emu Proteus/1, with the Protologic expansion board (INVISION INTERACTIVE PROTOLOGIC EXPANSION BOARD) installed. (Please check the photos to confirm the signature applied during expansion next to the Proteus logo.) This adds 127 additional sounds.
This expansion board is rare and seems to be sold individually at a high price.
However, while power-on was confirmed, it does not boot up properly, so it is being listed for parts for the Protologic expansion board, or as junk.
As this is old equipment, please no claims or returns, except for confirmation of the expansion board's presence.
