Synopsis:
This is a love story based on the manga of the same name by Akane Tamura, directed by Masaki Kaze, known for the TV drama silent. It depicts the first love of supporting characters who have lived quietly in the margins of society.
Nobuko Tanaka, a shy and reserved female university student, identifies with the definition of mob, meaning crowd, supporting character, non-main character, and has lived her life watching from afar a world where other protagonists shine.
Then, Hiroki Irie, a young man who works part-time at the same supermarket, appears in her line of sight. Touched by Irie's natural thoughtfulness, Nobuko gradually becomes attracted to him.
Triggered by her encounter with Irie, Nobuko begins to struggle to break free from the shell that has bound her. While sometimes confronted with harsh realities, she perseveres with the support of her colleagues at the part-time job.
Meanwhile, Irie also notices Nobuko's quiet kindness and looks directly at her existence.
The accumulation of their small daily moments eventually gives them the strength to take a step forward.
