What is the Quantum System... It is a system that allows you to control gimmicks such as sounds and lights, which were previously only controllable with DCC (Digital Command Control) or dedicated systems, using a conventional analog power pack. Not only can the lights turn on from a stopped state, but you can also arbitrarily sound the whistle, etc.
